When I sent in my molds, I didn't follow the directions correctly. When I realized what I had done, I sent an email right away. Jerome, the customer service agent who replied to me, found my information based on the little information I gave him. They are now working on my mouth guards. I'm absolutely delighted by the superior customer service of Cheeky and Jerome in particular.
