Cannot reach the company via Chat Support @getcheeky.com There's an issue with the charging port on the CHEEKY WATER FLOSSER. There's no way to plug the charger cord into the FLOSSER. Of course, no toll free # on the box or in the instructions. I'm sending the product back to the return address. I ordered the product through MorningSave, regularly advertised on THE KELLY CLARKSON SHOW. Tried reaching out to CHEEKY via their email. But it will not go through, information you type in disappears when you hit Send.
