I ordered a subscription for a mouth guard and they sent the second one without a case. I had to request a replacement because it was squished. The replacement was also sort of squished, but not as bad. However, it's uncomfortable in my mouth, so i dont wear it. I loved my original one, but I won't renew if they keep sending them without cases.

Your business practice of constantly having limited time sale pricing is off-putting. I do not choose to do business this way, it lacks integrity.

Although the night guard felt like a good fit, over time, it slowly moved my teeth. I now have to get a retainer to move them back. Dentists do not recommend these online retainers - they can do more damage than good.

Avoid at all costs. Returned a night guard and the return was "cancelled" by an administrator. I've been told the return is outside the window but was sent back ONE DAY after they arrived. No matter what I do, I cannot get "Ken" to escalate my email to anyone. It has been 10+ days of the back and forth with no resolution in sight. I'll be contacting my credit card fraud dept to hopefully get my money back. TERRIBLE customer service.

I have bought 3 different subscriptions and had no issues…this time not the case. Customer service is awful, I paid for an extra guard almost a month ago. No word no product delivered. The products are good but they are not helpful in their customer service. I have been dealing with this issue since last summer. Going to have to find a new company. Will be contacting my credit card fraud department if I don’t get the product soon.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Total scam. I ordered a mouth guard from Cheeky almost 2 weeks ago. They don’t say anywhere on their website that they are based in the U.S. The impression kit hasn’t yet arrived because it is shipping from the U.S. to the UK! I’ve asked several times and they won’t give me a refund. They’ve said to get a refund I need to return the impressions kit, which I don’t have and didn’t cost anything anyway! Total scam, don’t buy from them.

TERRIBLE customer service. Good product, when and if they respond to your requests. How long does it take to respond to an email? It has been weeks with no response.

Worst customer experience ever. I received my impression kit in the mail and it was easy to use. I tried to mail it back in the post office using the label provided but the post office was not able to scan the label. After multiple requests, the Cheeky team sent me a new label which I printed at the post office. That one also did not scan, so I had to pay for postage myself. I sent the package and had to reach out two weeks later to ask where it was. They said on November 10 that the retainers were being made and would be shipped in 7-10 days. It has been over 3 weeks and I have not heard from the company, they are not answering my emails, and I do not have my retainers. I want my money back and would not recommend this.
