Zach Johanson, thank you for your feedback. We don't hire 'back-seat' people to listen to exam check-ins. We do ask that test candidates cooperate with our Proctors. During your check-in, you were uncooperative with the Proctor, and she asked management to enter the exam session. Upon observing your interaction with our Proctor, management stepped in to start the session. Within 5 minutes, you were connected to your exam session and starting your exam. The proctor fee you paid does not give you the right to be rude to our staff.

Michele, We were able to obtain the following information. Please let us know if you have additional questions: Microsoft ID The certifications are not showing up on your primary Microsoft account because the MC ID associated with your Certiport account is more than likely different than the one listed on your primary Microsoft account. Please follow the steps below to locate the MC ID associated with your Certiport account:  1. Log in to your Certiport Test Candidate Account.  2. Click on My Profile in the top right-hand corner.  3. Click on the Programs tab.  4. Directly across from the "Microsoft" header you will see the green "Edit registration data" link. Click Edit Registration Data and the Microsoft Registration page will open  5. The MCID is listed in a field on the registration page as "Microsoft Certification ID#".  Once you obtain this, contact Microsoft directly and request your two MCIDs merged, keeping the one on your Certiport account as the remaining MCID after the merger. Microsoft Support can be reached by following this link and selecting the correct program from the available options.

Tyler, thank you for taking time to share this feedback. To avoid technical issues, the exam link is emailed 10 minutes prior to the start of the exam. You are not able to connect to the exam session until 5 minutes prior to the start of the exam. The 5 minutes time frame is how the testing system is designed. The duration of the Adobe exams is 50 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes allocated for instructions. Other test candidates share your sentiments on requiring more time to complete the exam.
