It would be easier for me to highlight what has gone right with Carefull costumer dept, which has been very little to nothing on resolving my issue because in over 8 hours of waiting I have yet to speak to a costumer rep.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a few months now. I tried emailing this company. I had my bank talk me through deactivating it on the bank website. I have been charged $19.99 for 3 months in a row. Thankfully my bank has reimbursed me for these charges. They have made it impossible to cancel their service. It has been beyond frustrating!
