BEAVERBOTReviews of getbeaverbot.com

Awesome device for the kids!! Guaranteed hours of crafting fun. Unfortunately, shipping didn't go well; the Beaverbot arrived broken. I emailed customer service about this and received a very quick response, and it was resolved. Thank you again for the good service.

My son loves the beaverbot we got him for Christmas! Customer service has been great in responding to all my questions and concerns. We love making all kinds of projects with this cardboard saw. I highly recommend to anyone with a creative child!

We have a Beaverbot that my 4 kids love! We recently misplaced our power supply. Customer service was kind enough to reach out and get us a new one quickly so my kids can keep on creating!

Terrible customer service, Ordered October 2025 and received opened/defective product with missing items. It was a christmas gift, which stopped working the next day! I reported the problem immediately and the returns process took a very long time. After finally getting a replacement it was a different model, and they wanted me to pay return shipping and a restocking fee to send it back again!! I filed a dispute with my credit card company and provided evidence of all the issues and customer service emails, and they made in a decision in my favor so my credit card was refunded. WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. 5 MONTHS OF HASSLE!!!

Es una herramienta fabulosa. Tengo un estudio de pintura y manualidades en Bilbao España y mis alumnos la usan un montón. Compraré otra. Gracias It's a fantastic tool. I have a painting and crafts studio in Bilbao, Spain, and my students use it a lot. I'll buy another one. Thanks

What a fabulous piece of equipment! My son Lewis loves using it, and has already made so many different projects with it. As a registered childcare provider, I have also introduced the Beaverbot to my older minded children. The children enjoy the independence of using this tool whilst developing their fine motor skills. We look forward to purchasing another for our toddler group and introducing it to other children and their carers.

Thank you to the Beaver Bot customer service team. They were responsive and helped me resolve my problem with a solution that worked for everyone. Thank you.
