Upon arrival to the location had to…truly disappointing
Upon arrival to the location had to wait for a room they gave me a room with mold any In the sofa bed call to complaing to the front desk an no one provided help they hung up on my call wasn't able to get another room till 2pm the following day. Staff in nice but no one takes responsibility or tries to help customer worst experiences ever wal not use this services again

Deserves no stars!
Deserves no stars!! Horrible, dont waste your time. This place is not relaxing, more like a zoo!

Hi Tammy. Sorry to hear you did not enjoy the resort you reserved through us. The property you stayed at is definitely an active resort with lots of families and children, as is the case with many Orlando area properties.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience , was booked in the smallest room , they have not much bigger then a closet tried to pay for upgrade was told this was a 3rd party vendor upgrades aren't available.

Hello Mr. Lokey. sorry to hear of your disappointment. It appears on our end you reserved a Studio Villa, and that is the accommodation you received upon arrival. In reviewing the notes on our end, nothing indicates you called in to upgrade your unit upon arrival. We would have been happy to inquire and help you in any way we could have had you reached out.

Never received the incentive that was…
Never received the incentive that was promised as part of the “deal”

Hi Kristan. We apologize that the resort did not provide the incentive we promised. We did reach out and the resort said they would mail the incentive to you. We've called to confirm you did receive it and this was resolved but have not been able to get in touch. Please let us know if this has been resolved.

Not satisfied
We showed up for our scheduled tour at 7:30 am after getting our children up at 4 am and driving from Sarasota. Once we arrived, we were told our presentation was actually not for two days (when it was clear in our confirmation we had with us that it was in fact scheduled for the time we arrived). Needless to say, we were upset! And further more upset that we had to again, wake so early (on our vacation!) Two days later. We were dissatisfied with the room and customer service. I never write bad reviews.. yet, this needed to be documented!

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Enough so I wanted to let it be known. And I almost never post bad reviews... Apparently if you're legally married... but separated... you cannot take part... even if you have been separated for years... So if you're still married on paper and your "husband" or "wife" isn't coming with you... you know... because you're not together... keep it to yourself.

Wrong typo from your representative…
Wrong typo from your representative made us, staff, and many others in big trouble. Luckily, resort was able to accommodate us, otherwise it could be very bad
