Resort was very nice and the room was better than expected.

Great way to experience time sharing as a owner

Everything was nice it's just that we were in the presentation for 3 hours and my husband wasn't feeling well, however I am glad I purchased the hotel package. They were really nice and polite. We enjoyed our stay. Thank You and God Bless.

The problem I had with staying at the beach colony, is they did not come in clean the room on a daily bases , you have to go asked for towels they don’t bring it to you I did not like that at all.the housekeepers was not pleasant.

The experience went really well the only issue I had was when I tried to check out. They didn't have a spot for me to check out and it was not normal.

This was a great deal and Westgate was a fantastic place to stay with excellent staff and plenty of amenities to keep you busy. The only reason I gave this a 4 star instead of a 5 star was because they tell you the presentation will last 90 min, but it was closer to 2.5 hours. The sales rep was nice, but still, they said 1.5 hours but it was really 2.5 hours. I would recommend this to anyone that is contemplating this deal. Good job Westgate :-D

The room that we stay in wasn't great base on what they show us on the tour .but the amenities and the prosperity was superb especially the water park my kids enjoyed that.

Had a good experience. Needs a lil more communication. Otherwise pleasant trip
