The resort was beautiful had an issue with the toilet; the sales agent was too aggressive and pushy.

Room service did not clean bathroom from a spill that happened the first night. The employee that tried to sell us a timeshare was veey rude and unprofessional.

I'm going to rate a 3 because we had other fees to pay when we got to Westgate we didn't get a washer and dryer and a stove the 90 min timeshare was 3 hours long taking up to much time

The additional fees were a nuisance (daily pool park fee and the 3rd party booking fee) and wasn’t disclosed prior to booking the room. Also, there are select travel dates reserved at Maingate for Married couples...as a single woman, I got the “left over” dates to choose from.

deal was pretty good but they left out a few details like the deal cost $99 on top of the price you pay and you dont get every thing they say

It was a nice place to stay. But come time to do the 90 minute walk through, they were very pushy on us buying into it and would not let it go. Went three hours into the appointment before they got the point that we didn’t want to buy.
