I just called to take advantage of this deal and find out more about the timeshares. I was told I only could go on certain dates because I am single! My single money spends just as well if not better than a married couples money!! I was looking for a timeshare to do with my grown children and grandchildren. Obviously someone else will be able to take advantage of my " single person" money and not these people!

Salesperson for timeshare tour was extremely rude and arrogant. Asked if we liked to smoke weed!? I was like what? was on his phone after we declined the timeshare he just walked away without any sort of acknowledgment. The hotel room was complete trash! Blood on sheets. Patio door would not open holes in furniture, sink leaked the hotel key only worked half the time. The shower smelled of mold the safe did not work. Complained to hotel staff only to be told they could not do anything we were in room 1012a. I would not recommend this package or property to anyone. Absolutely horrible experience.

I found this great deal on a resort of orlando,fl when I spoke to someone to book the hotel they told me I had to be married to get this deal. Un-married couples like to take vacations too, for a good deal.

I went through this company for vacation and no one set up the reservations for our room. It took the company 3 and1/2 hours to get us a room somewhere else with no apology. I will never recommend this company. But they made sure they got their money.

Hi Rebecca. We certainly understand why this would be frustrating and apologize. As we'd explained to you previously, the motel sent us a confirmation as though it was confirmed. Unfortunately there was a mix up on their end, and we did everything in our power to try and make sure you were accommodated as quickly as possible. Fortunately our resort partner was able to upgrade you from the original motel to their resort. Again, we certainly apologize for the delay in your check in.

we went to book the double bed for 3 nights and 4 days but they told me that they could not do my reservation since we have 3 children even one of the kids is only 2 years old which would be sleeping in a pack and play. They wanted us to rent a condo for almost 500 bucks even though the 2 year old would not be using a bed. i feel that is rude and unacceptable. we have never had a problem staying anywhere else and they asked if we wanted to switch destinations after telling representative we had already spent money on events in Pigeon Forge TN. the offered us Missouri or SC.

It's really bad experience while reserving their vacation package. They didn't mention those qualifications (questions asked by phone after you reserved, e.g. family income, US citizen [why?], attending a promotion session after you arrive there....) before you booked the hotels with special promotion price---especially we spent a lot of time to plan this trip including this hotel reservation. Just wasting our time!!!!

Our resort partners do have requirements for their promotional offers since the stay requires the sales presentation at the resort in order to enjoy the heavily discounted rate. They are all listed in the terms and conditions on each resort property page on our website.
