Webprotect.aiReviews of getastra.com

Even as experienced developers, occasionally we need help in certain specialist areas e.g. complex web security and anti-hacking measures. So when a couple of our client's websites came under persistent attack, we turned to Astra for assistance. They acted very quickly to help us clean up and also applied their application firewall which is warding off speculative attacks. So far so good and both Jinson and Ananda were excellent. Recommended if you run any php based services and need some peace of mind.

We have several websites getting attacked threads. We were planning to try different companies to handle them. But after we used ASTRA. We decided to register all our other websites with them. They did really excellent job. We got a lot of advise from them to protect our websites. This company is definitely my first choice if I have any websites need to protect in the future.

I experienced and extremely responsive and competent customer service. My site was infected with some re-direct maleware, which was beyond my technical skills to remove. The guys from ASTRA removed it swiftly and also found some other security risks. Very happy and can only recommend them.

It is great to be able to talk to real people. They work fast and respond quickly to questions. The software and setup is super easy - Astra does most of the work for you. The reports are great too. Things seem much more secure now. Cheers guys,

The staffs are very responsive and professional, and they saved our *hijacked* website in just a few hours! Now my colleagues say that it feels safe seeing the 'Secured by Astra' badge on our site :D I would definitely recommend anyone who's got (or may get into) web security issues to use their service, 5 stars!

One of my small websites was hacked, but it took my host forever to diagnose, and by then it was riddled with malware. Bluehost pushed hard to have us pay SiteLock to fix it, but a few hours of research and I was alarmed at how many people had negative experiences with their potentially "scamm-y" behavior. I found a thread where Astra was recommended, and took a leap of faith that they would be straight up and not hold me hostage like it seems so many other companies do. ASTRA CAME THROUGH 100% They were affordable, human, and helpful, and navigated the complexities of the issue even when Bluehost flat out refused to provide them with the tools they needed (I am guessing Bluehost were having a hissy fit that I didn't use SiteLock). They figured out a work around and cleaned my site within 48 hours. Their follow through and follow up was amazing. When something like this happens, it can be really overwhelming, so it feels great to know there are good people out there who truly want to help. Now I just need a good recommendation on an ethical hosting service!

Astra Security came to us as a recommendation when we were having serious security issues with our website. They have been amazing. There was someone to chat too online to answer any questions before signing up. They have been so helpful and started work immediately. Everything is logged, the turnaround is fast, and we receive detailed reports that are easy to understand. I really feel they have gone above and beyond for us, even fixing an unrelated hosting problem when our site went down, which really wasn't their job! They have been brilliant, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you ASTRA Security!

Super fast to answer my needs, very arranging, awesome services... what else ?
