Very responsive customer service

I needed support REALLY fast and was looking for a reliable team. Astra really proved their worth and in less than two days they had solved our problems and provided valuable feedback to increase our site's speed and client experience!

Astra soundly protects my online store from threats with little to no impact on site performance. The dashboard is clear and concise. The support team is fast, friendly and responsive. Astra makes protecting my store a simple and easy to manage task requiring no particular expertise in web security or programming to deploy. This allows me to spend my time focusing on building sales rather than worrying about hackers. I`m happy to display the Secured by Astra seal on my website.

The wizards at Czar Securities / Astra restored my sites after a deep hack, have protected them around the clock for two years since, and are uniformly timely, competent, and cheerful. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically!

The team at Astra has been a pleasure to work with. They're prompt, professional, and very accommodating to specific needs. If your business is conducted through an online store, do yourself a favor and contact Astra. The services they offer are very affordable, and in our experience, have been installed and activated (by them) very quickly. I highly recommend Astra to anyone running an online store, especially open source platforms like Magento, OpenCart, and others. It's easier to stay ahead of your security, especially with the quality and cost of Astra.

The service was amazing, there was an issue with a clients site, we had looked at alternatives but found them a little cumbersome of they just did not work. What was really good about this was even on a Sunday evening we received a chat response and was able to get the malware removed putting in place all important protection for injections and other attacks. Cannot fault them, I am now putting all of our sites under this protection.

Fantastic customer service. They go out of their way to help out. Highly responsive and professional team. Can't recommend them enough!

Astra was recommended to me by my hosting company to assist with keeping my site secure from hacking threats. The process was very quick and simple and they did almost everything for me. I'm not confident with adding code etc to my site and it was all done for me. I'm now confident that my site is safe and that any future problems will be dealt with promptly.
