Fast help love it

Responsive to my request for updates.

My airmoto quit because of an issue with the gfi switch. They told me what to do to fix it and it worked!!!

I wrote asking how to fix my battery in my Airmoto. I received a reply within an hour giving me instructions how to reboot the system. I rebooted, but the unit still wasn't fixed. I was asked for my purchase info and a video of me rebooting so the techs could see what was happening. I was even told how I could send a larger than normal video file for their viewing. All the emails came at a rapid and professional pace. I was very surprised when your associate 'Lara' told me I would receive a new unit at no cost, even without returning my unit. Professional, courteous and providing a winning resolution for the customer is exceptional customer service.

I purchased an Airmoto in December of 2023, and it has worked flawlessly for me since my purchase. I suggested that my uncle purchase one since he travels often with his Airstream trailer. He purchased an Airmoto and said it never worked right, so he gave it to me for my second truck. I emailed customer service, and they were prompt to return my email with troubleshooting instructions. When it became clear that the unit would not reset, they sent me a courtesy replacement, even though my unit was out of warranty. I am a lifetime fan of this company and greatly appreciate their customer support and the way they care about their customers. Thanks!
