This is a complete scam. I don’t know why they would get any possible positive reviews. I am being charged for a membership that I was unaware that I was signing up for when purchasing the product. I have tried canceling the membership and getting a refund for past charges and keep getting told that they would fix it but nothing is being done.

I just realized that I am paying monthly for "VIP Customer Benifits." It shows up on my original order, but the cost was nothing. I am now being charged once a month. For what? I never agreed to this. I have tried to log in to the website, but I keep going around in circles and can't cancel. I would like airmoto to stop charging me at once and I would like a refund for the VIP charges.

I had 3 car tires at 25psi and one at 33. After a struggle I got the unit to inflate one up to 30 but I couldn't get it to work again after recharging. The on/off button wouldn't turn the unit on it just switches the pressure units around (if I set psi as a unit and 33psi it should stay there!). My second under inflated tire further deflated while I tried to turn the pump on. I ended up going to the gas station but I was able to deflate the 35psi tire to 30 with the Airmoto hose ($70 for the this feature?). It's also a real kicker that you can't get help if you don't have a "subscription" - I don't know why we put up with this crap from these tech companies.

Not sure why this is getting such good reviews. I bought four of them to keep in family cars. I actually had to use it myself the other day, needed to get tire from 26 psi to 35 psi. The other plug in pump I had would get this done in 3 minutes. The Airmoto took a good 10 minutes to get to 33 and then pretty much depleted its battery. I also found the psi reading way off. Back to traditional pug in ones. Have alerted all I have these to.

You know you suck as a business when you have to hide service "subscriptions" with your product sales. I doubt they would have a high rating if people noticed. Lucky for me, I paid with PayPal and had notifications set up to get an email if I am charged with PayPal. Some "service"?? that had automatic payments! I canceled it now and will report them to PayPal if I don't get a refund that I requested. Sneaky I have to admit. I'm sure most people don't notice your monthly "service" charge. Pathetic.

Ordered as a gift and now am receiving reoccurring charges for a subscription I did not sign up for. They added it to my order and that’s super sneaky and NOT okay. And if I log on to my account I can’t even cancel the subscription, I have to call or email. I called and was told to “leave a message”. Super frustrating and if I knew this would happen I would have never bought in the first place. Edit: I appreciate your quick response and hope we can get the issue fixed. Thank you.

Airmoto is scam and a joke..anyone who gives it other than one star is an idiot..good for topping off low car tires as long as it isn't more than three or 4 pounds of air off..let's see the company post all the negative reviews..their review scale will be reversed..total piece of crap...

The “plain” unit comes with a sub charging cable so you’re paying an extra $20 here for a plug adapter, which is unnecessary for most people. The unit works well but is much slower than an air pump at a gas station. It’s also very noisy
