The problem that I was having was intermittent and frankly hard to diadnose. Yet the support person I worked with (Kieran) over several emails stuck with me as we tried various solutions. Always positive and very patient. We finally got it fixed!

I had a problem reading a website that had asked me to turn off my ad blocker even though it was turned off. After contacting Admiral they sent me detailed instructions including step by step visuals of how to troubleshoot the problem. The problem was easily fixed and the service was free. Thank you Admiral.
