Very disappointed
While I was initially impressed with the service, my next experience was where someone who called themselves an 'expert' wrote an article on a subject, which they clearly didn't have the knowledge to take on. They relied on out-of-date sources from Google searches - something anyone can do - so I don't feel like I received the 'expert' service I paid for. In the end, with all the revisions and rewrites, it would have been easier to write it from scratch myself, even though I'm not an expert on the subject.
