Same experience with another user
Same experience with another user - simple web page writing and none match and ended with a refund. Reached out to the account manager and claimed that the matching process could take up to 5 business days but this never gets disclosed on the ordering page. Wasted two days for nothing.

Never got matched with a writer
Created an account just to write this review. Paid for a Pro plan for just 400 words to write the "About Us" page for our company. Project never got picked up by any of their writers, even after waiting more than 2 weeks. My account manager Bethany was steadfast and prompt in her service but I am just appalled that I couldn't get matched to a writer for something rather straightforward. Opted for a refund and now I'd rather approach freelance writers directly than go through one of these matchmaking services. Not recommended.

As you said, our account manager requested you to provide more details to the brief in order for it to be matched. While some of our writers are experienced at writing content with very limited information, not having a point of reference significantly limited the pool of available talent for your project, hence our suggestion to refund your project. EXAM IS WASTE OF TIME
EXAM IS WASTE OF TIME. Took the test twice after their HR staff emailed from out of the blue to tell me to apply and take an online test. I was given 10 minutes and both times it said I didn't pass. Maybe they got their answers wrong? I sure took more difficult exams with other companies before and I passed! And why not? Am highly proficient with American English. Now am thinking maybe they just told me to apply to get my personal information? Or maybe there's a glitch in their system? How could you trust them when the HR girl spells out SPECIALITIES? Is there such a word? Be careful of this company scouting for candidates coming from less developed countries like the Philippines
