This company filed a fraudulent UCC1 on my company without any business credit line. I was promised fuel support on a per transaction basis to be charged to a company credit card. They would not return phone calls, disclose fees, The UCC -1 the placed was in direct violation of MN Statute 336.9-5136 which requires a credit agreement.

Tened cidado the entrar en Fleetsmarts para factoring, no os pasaran las cargas no os dejaron ir. Mi empresa esta secuestrada por esta compañia y voy a parar mi actividad por no cobrar mis cargas.

Do not engage in factoring with Fleetsmarts. My experience with this company has been extremely frustrating and financially damaging. Despite having my bank account information, Fleetsmarts opened an unauthorized account under my business name. They do not understand the basics of factoring and consistently hold onto payments for weeks, even after receiving funds from brokers. This results in significant financial strain and operational delays. A class action lawsuit may be necessary to address these issues and hold Fleetsmarts accountable for their actions.
