FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!! I have used this product since January of 2022, This year I have been charged 7 times to the tune of $681.91. I have reached out to them on all platforms and have been unable to get a response! BEWARE!

I signed up with them in 2020 for the yearly plan. They hit my card 6 times this year. For a total of $513.15 After sitting down with my bank they in fact hit my card other times dating back to 2022 that should have not been charged. I have been calling, emailing and chatting with the bot for a week now. No call back or email yet. If anyone has a solution on how I can get refunded, I would love to hear it.

I am very disappointed and upset with this company. I chose an annual plan and purchased the service in August of last year. The next payment is supposed to be in August 2024. But in March of this year they debited me again for the entire year's payment. I contacted them via email and after 1 week they responded that there was an error in their system and they would issue a refund soon. Today we are in May and I still have not received my refund. It has now been over two weeks that I have been trying to contact them, by email and phone, but no one is responding. I would never recommend this company because of its lack of seriousness.

Impossible to reach a rep to call me. We have the link for the card in our street sign now we havebto redo it because the virtual card has been inactive for a month and nobody would respond to email and calls. Frustrating.
