get-card.comReviews of get-card.com

STAY AWAY! FRAUD! SCAM! If I can give zero 0 stars I would. Get-card aka EMS Digital Ltd is fraud! I had them for 3 years. They were quick to respond when you email them to make changes to your website but I’ve been emailing and calling them MULTIPLE TIMES for the past 6 months to cancel and they NEVER emailed back nor called me back! I have autopay with them annually and they recently charged me so I disputed with PayPal and my credit card company! Don't get fooled! STAY AWAY!

I had to give one star or I wouldn't. Once you give them your credit information they will continue to charge your card every year even after cancelling. I used them in 2023 and they charged my card in 2024 and again in 2025.

Please do not give this company your credit details. I’ve been with them since 2021. The person I used to communicate and provided ann excellent service has left. I cancelled my subscription last year and they are still charging me. Ive sent them so many email and it’s been a month and no replay. The phone they have on their site is alway closed. STAY AWAY.

I have had this card since 2021. The customer service & communication was so amazing. They were very responsive and they made any changes or edits within 48 hours with accuracy. But now, I have to email them twice a week just to get them to respond and they still don't respond until 7 days later. This is unacceptable. Something must have happened within the company because the communication and customer service have gone completely down.

This company is a scam. They only leave the positive reviews on line. I thought about them positively for years UNTIL they started charging me $95/month instead of $95/year. I have been trying to contact them for well over a year and they don't respond to emails, their chat doesn't work and they don't answer the phone and always send me to voice mail. I saw them on Facebook, but they stopped me from posting and deleted their page. I have read other reviews from individuals that have had the same issues as me. My credit card company told me that they have been marked as a scam because there are reports of them doing this to multiple people. So all of you who think they are great, just give it a year and you will be scammed too. GETCARD - YOU OWE ME $1,095. You need to pay up !!!!!!!!!!!

Get-Card has been charging me $97 per month instead of per year. I have tried reaching out to them numerous times about this issue with no luck. There is no way to dispute the charges with them. Do not give this company your credit card number.

rip off will not respond and over charges

I had to close my bank account because Get-Card kept running my card. They charged me 6 times in a year for what was supposed to be a one time charge. They do not answer their emails or phone. Absolutely no way to get your money back for over-charges.
