AeroChillReviews of get-aerochill.com

I ordered 3 for 79.00but never got.them been asking for my money since 2 months ago all I get is the .run.around but no money.or product been lied to by someone named victoria.mia.william a different one eveytime.dont buy.from.them

I would give negative stars if I could. I have been waiting for 3.5 months for the product. I have tried to track and every time I have been unsuccessful so I emailed and got a response from "Christopher" who goes about giving me every excuse possible. 1st the delivery truck crashed, then the product line didn't pass inspection and now weather. I asked for a refund and was told it was not possible because my order has already been shipped. Ok that was 3 months ago and I still do not have what I paid for. This place is a SCAM. Save your money and dont bother with this so called company.

UPDATE SEPT 16 2026. NOW THEY ARE SAYING THEY DONT DO BUISNESS WITH SHOP/ AFFIRM. GUESS IM OUT OF MONEY. DONT SHOP WITH PAYMENT PLAN SHOP OR AFFIRM THEN!!! If I could leave 0 stars I would. I order back on June 7 2026. Here it is September 6 2026 and I still have not received the product. I have emailed numerous times. I get the same response of it's on the way. The first time they said something happened to it in transit so they had to make a new order for me. Now it's on its way again. I keep asking for the tracking number or a refund. They say they can't give a refund as it is on its way. WHERE IS THE TRACKING NUMBER?? Still same thing. Now the past 2 emails I have sent I get a email saying unable to deliver. So yeah DONT BUY!!!!

0 POINTS IN REALITY. I HAVE BEEN EMAILING SINCE I FINALLY RECEIVED TWO ITEMS COSTING £240! SAME ISSUE AS EVERYONE ELSE NO RETURN ADDRESS AND OFFERING A REFUND WHICH STARTED AT 25% THEN YOU THINK YOU ARE LUCKY FOR THEM TO AGREE 70% AFTER HAGGLING FOR DAYS. THE ITEM HAS NOT CE SAFETY ANYWHERE ON THE BOX OR INSIDE SO THEY ARE LIKELY DANGEROUS TOO. THEY WANT YOU TO KEEP THEM. WHY? BECAUSE THEY ARE WORTH ABOUT A FIVER AND THE ARE KEEPING A BIG CHUNK OF YOUR MONEY. SO I WAS TOLD I WOULD GET A REFUND WHICH TAKES MONTHS TO RECEIVE AND TAKES YOU OUT OF TIME TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK FROM PAYPAL. I WOULD ADVISE TO TRY FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS IF NO REUND CONTACT PAYPAL OR YOUR BANK TO GET YOUR FULL REFUND AS YOU WILL NEVER GET ONE FROM THEM. I HAVE SINCE HAD MY BANK INTERVENE WITH PAYPAL AS I WAS OVER THE 30 DAYS AND I HAVE BEEN AWARDED THE FULL REFUND FROM THEM, SUCCESS AT LAST! BUT NOT FROM THIS COMPANY. Just an uodate to aero chills recent reply. The mayter was only resolve through me contacting my bank and paypal who upheld my dispute and paid me my full money back. NOT through aerochill resolving the matter with me. I had 2 months of stress. Not good as i suffer enxiety amd depression. Thank you NAT WEST BANK AND PAYPAY. DO NOT BUY FROM AEROCHILL!

I ordered one of these units at the beginning of June. Despite ordering only one, my basket was automatically populated with four units, and my card was debited for over £420 before I realised what had happened. I immediately tried to cancel the order and the card transaction. I received a rapid response within hours, saying the order had already been dispatched and couldn't be cancelled, but that i could return them for a refund. Despite its "immediate" dispatch, I still waited more than eight weeks for the units to arrive. The units themselves: suffice to say I have a £3 usb desk fan which is quieter and cooler than these units! I sent all four back via tracked post, as requested. Now, for the last four weeks aero-chill have had a "temporary" issue preventing them from processing my refund, but not to worry because there is a "team of people" working to resolve the issue! I'm pretty sure the email replies from multiple customer support representatives and are AI-generated. I'm guessing this is an organised crime gang based in China, and I don't really hold out much hope of seeing my money again. I shudder to think about what is happening to all the data they hold on me now. I wish these people misery! The reply below is nonsense! They are not making any effort at all to process my refund. AVOID THESE CRIMINALS Update on the organised crime gang, who I originally thought were in China, but I stand corrected: they are in Lithuania, I believe. 02/09/26 my 68th email, and still no money, lots of nonsensical excuses...... AVOID THIS LITHUANEAN CRIME GANG
