2+ month delivery time/ not effective
It took me over 2 months to get the package after bugging them over and over and over again. I ordered this package the first week of June and did not get it until the end of the second week of August. The product is extremely cheaply, built, flimsy, and the only way this thing works is if you're sitting 6 inches away from it, and even then it's not great. It's supposed to get down to 16°C and run whisper quiet. I put a thermometer directly in front of the fan and waited 10 minutes to read the results. The temperature was 25°C, which was approximately the temperature in the room to begin with. This is not the item that I ordered/was advertised. It is a very cheap imitation, and the fact that the company has now had to not only change their name but change their website should tell you that this is a scam. I ordered 2 of these and don't even want to bother opening the second box. I want a refund.
