Excellent service

I would definitely buy on this website again!! I ordered a folding knife + laser engraving. First I was a little bit afraid of the result as I couldn't get a preview of the text, but I turned out to be just perfect! Not to big, and quite discrete. I also had some trouble during my order: as my paypal account is registered in France, the store website automatically charged me for an expensive shipping in Europe and I didn't notice that before I validated the payment. I called the contact phone number to explain my situation.. thinking that I would never be refunded.. but I talked to the nicest man who immediately helped me and send me my money back the next minute without any discussion. I have to say he made my day!!!! This company definitely cares about its costumers and knows how to communicate. I really recommend it!!!!

I ordered 6 crucial fast tools, for my groomsmen. I had all of them engraved and everything was perfect. Im truly impressed. I had questions and recieved quick replys from their customer service. the shipping was fast and its gerber, so you know the product is good.

I ordered gifts for my groomsmen from Gerber tools and they are great. Typically the other gifts you get are cheap knives that end up in a box somehwere, but these are great. I ordered 7 engraved knives and they arrived in 4 business days. As for the quality of the knives, they are Gerber, so you know it's good! I would highly recommend them, especially if you want your tools engraved!

Easy to find what I wanted at a great price and got it fast.

great communication, timely, and the product is awesome.

Website rocks, with all the videos that show how each individual multi-tool works etc. I bought three actually, I love the FIT tool with the light and long screwdriver, used it the first day! Also, can't wait to use the FISH FISK tool on the next fishing trip!

Easy site to navigate and order from. I got exactly what I ordered and quick shipping.
