I actually pushed free trial and was charged $1. So I entered a number like I was told I could do when promise then at the download and for the free trial dollar but then when I entered the number it wouldn't track the phone number and it said I had to send them a link or something so I went I canceled it I don't even want to pay the dollar but I did paid $1 and they've been charging me $12.89 ever since August 6th to October 6th and I unsubscribe 3 times they even gave me 12.89 back as a refund for all the hundreds they been stealing from my cash app. But than took it the next day wit h was yesterday it's going on from August 6th till October 6th 2024 when I try to mark all those days it won't let me it only does one day

Discussed with my self to fall for this. What a useless service. Does not do what it says it going to do. I paid for this and discovered I was basically scammed. Impossible to cancel your subscription or get customer support. I had to call my bank regarding this and they had to reissue me a new bank card. Caused me a lot of inconvenience

Horrible customer service. Sent multiple emails to cancel subscription. They never replied. Then I get a fraud alert from my bank they are going to charge me for more services. If email is the only way you are going to be able to cancel a subscription you need to be on top of your customer service response time.

I don’t even think I signed up for this? My credit card company notified me today you had taken £30 from my card but they have blocked it. I have asked that my service to be cancelled (whatever service I have as not using it) I keep getting replies saying it takes 72 hours for a response. I am yet to receive a response , I have also messaged on Instagram, please cancel, I can’t afford this, I am not even using it?

The advert doesn't exactly tell you how the app works, I struggled to set it up due to unnecessary prompts of things that I didn't need. I then had to go and read the reviews and I realised that I had made a mistake signing up to the app without much research. I have now cancelled my subscription on Google Play. What struck me though is the number of people complaining about getting charged AFTER cancellation and also those whose refunds aren't being processed timely.I feel that NO professional service should ever be like that.

I downloaded the app and realized that is is not useful. so I cancelled my subscription by email and deleted the app, but never receive confirmation. A week later, they continue to charge 59$ after two first amounts of 10$ and 15$. Seems to be like a fraud activity on my card. So I blocked my card and will try to ask for a refund but not sure they will do it. Never use this app. This people are scammers

Cannot cancel subscription after multiple attempt. Cancel on the same day and still being charge with à promise of a refund. The real rating should br -5 stars.

I didn't want to give it a single star, but I had no other option. It is outrageous. I visited the website on September 27 to locate a stolen phone. I finished by pressing the payment agreement for $0.5. It is important to mention that I didn't get what I asked for, instead I ended up getting what I didn't want to happen. The $6.99/week subscription was a typo, so I wanted to cancel it right away, but I couldn't find any way other than via email (I then downloaded the app thinking I could cancel from there, but I'll let you know that not possible). The site is ambiguous, desiving and I strongly suggest you to be vigilant!!! I have already sent 4 e-mails in which I ask them to cancel my subscription, the membership account, to delete my personal data and to confirm that they have complied with the request. Because they didn't answer me, I emptied my bank account, contacted the bank and will declare any charge as bank fraud. I think that they intend to continue charging me because they do not send me an answer. Tomorrow is a week since I sent the first email. It is certain that in the following days they intend to charge me once more. Instead, they send me advertisements for their services thinking they can charge more. What they are doing is an intentional, deceptive and totally inappropriate action. So I suggest you to be very careful when you use this site!!! The day I wrote this negative review I received a message from them. They gave me my money back, but I had to write another message to confirm the cancellation of the subscription and the deletion of personal data. I'm still waiting for confirmation to delete personal data from their database...
