RUN DONT WALK AWAY FROM THIS DISHONEST, BILLING SCAMMERS, IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CANCEL THE SUBSCRIPTION! I didn’t keep it for 10 mins and cancelled , they took money right away when it says free trial! These guys are on a yacht somewhere of the coast of Nigeria laughing the heads off!! They need a class action suit and The guy from the movie BEEKEEPER!!

They are scammers. Lure you in with a fake checking your location and it only gets worse from there. If you send a request to family members they have to pay a hefty subscription too. Even though you just want a trial within 4 days they took a hefty AUD60 subscription. There is no way to cancel other than cancelling your credit card. The APP itself doesn't actually work as it keeps throwing a "server error". Google Play store please ban these scammers!! They did come back as seen by their comment below but many, many days too late (19 in total). They also tried to debit my credit card without my consent which is tantamount to fraud, if they were honest they whould have a button to immediately unsubscribe within the App, after people have paid the initial $US11 and found the App to be hopeless, rather than the scammer approach which is to: have people search for a "support" email address only to send it an email to unsubscribe to prevent further charges, whereafter they auto-reply with a bogus claim that they will respond within 14 days due to "unprecedented workloads", during which time they have taken a month's fee total $44. They would have an immediate unsubscribe feature, that is if the had a shred of decency, which I seriously doubt, thus in this Trustpilot review they will remain the definition of scammers. I seriously doubt they would even have responded if I hadn't made a Trustpilot review!!

I recently signed up for a trial subscription only to find out this did not work as I thought. Emailed customer support a few times. No reply. Been charged a couple of times within past week. Don't get suckered in by it.

This is a total scam. Please cancel my subscription. I no longer need this app. Please cancel, I am a broke university student. I have emailed but no response.

Total scammers dont answer support emails about cancel subscription and refund. I totally not recommend stay away from this app

My story is the same as most posts here. I signed up on the geozilla website for the 7 day trial and then realized the service wasn't going to do what I wanted it to. I sent an email to support to cancel the same day and received an auto reply saying it could be up to 7 days to hear back. That was almost 2 weeks ago. In the meantime, the 7 day trial expired and they charged me for the next month. I have emailed a couple of more times asking them to cancel and refund the monthly charge, but still no reply. The fact you can't cancel the subscription through your account when logged in is a problem. Instead, if you sign up through their website you can only cancel by emailing their support email, and they do not respond. I am at the point of cancelling my credit card to make the problem go away. Update- 1 week after this post, ~ 3 weeks after my original request to cancel, Geozilla support did cancel my membership and reimburse the monthly fee they charged prior to processing my request to cancel. It therefore appears the issue is a lack of employees to respond to emails sent to support@goezilla. But, I do acknowledge that they did make it right eventually.
