Highly responsive, and great product!
Jack was very responsive to any of my inquiries, and provided answers that were plausible! THEN...the box arrived, and when I unboxed my order, "OH WOW"...sheer beauty, simply put!!! This is our first time using Geotobox, and we look forward to working with them again in the near future! Glad we met :-)

Geotobox perfect / delivery nightmare
The website is user friendly The order process and payment easy The quality of the boxes is perfect The delivery via UPS was a nightmare. UPS informed us 1 day before that they come between 13.00 and 15.00 and that they need a signature. Impossible if you work. UPS reachable with difficulties to manage another delivery place. 3 days a stress with the threath to send the box back to you.

Dear Didier, thanks very much for your positive view on us. And feedback about UPS service. We could communicate in advance next time if you have any question about logistics. We could help to communicate here with our UPS. Anyway welcome back whenever you need gift boxes.
