The quality of the boxes is very good

Update: The boxes were finally delivered on April 17. The product quality itself was very good, and the company also offered compensation for the delay and one defective box. I am still not satisfied with the shipping experience, but I think it is fair to update my review based on the final outcome. My first review was written when this order still had not arrived and communication was very frustrating. For reference, I received a shipping notice dated March 21. At checkout, the delivery timeframe for DDU by Sea was shown as 5–9 working days, so that was the basis on which I selected that shipping option. However, the shipment was delayed much longer than expected. During the process, I received changing explanations such as customs inspection, departure delays, and port congestion. The tracking page was also unusable because it showed a 403 error. According to the later updates, the shipment arrived at Tokyo port on April 10, then went through further customs-related processing, and was finally delivered on April 17. This delay affected my own customer schedule, so the experience was stressful. That said, after continued follow-up, the company did keep responding, the boxes finally arrived, and the product quality was very good. The black magnetic boxes themselves look premium, and I am satisfied with the final product overall. There was one box with a visible adhesive mark on the surface, but the company acknowledged it and also offered compensation for both the delay and that defective box. So while I am still not satisfied with the shipping experience and the delivery estimate shown at checkout, I think it is fair to say that the final product quality was good and the company did make an effort to resolve the issue in the end.

Buenas, he pedido unas cajas con tapa con imán en blanco y con lazo. La verdad es que han quedado muy bonitas y se las ve de bastante buena calidad. Nada más hacer el pedido les mandé un mail con el logo y enseguida se pusieron en contacto conmigo para enseñarme el diseño de l caja con el logo. Corrigieron enseguida los fallos y enseguida me lo mandaron. Pero yo pagué por un envío de 8-13 días y tardo un poco más. Desde que lo pedí hasta que me llegó paso un mes. Pero bueno también puede ser porque soy de Formentera y aquí todo llega más tarde de lo que debería. Pero en general he quedado muy contenta 😊

Great customer service and the box I ordered looks stunning with the debossed initial. Please note that their shipping is very expensive therefore your total price for the order may be significantly more than expected.

The website is user friendly The order process and payment easy The quality of the boxes is perfect The delivery via UPS was a nightmare. UPS informed us 1 day before that they come between 13.00 and 15.00 and that they need a signature. Impossible if you work. UPS reachable with difficulties to manage another delivery place. 3 days a stress with the threath to send the box back to you.

I used Geotobox for gift boxes for the company I work for. I loved how easy it was to compare items and pricing online without having to speak with a rep. I received my delivery in perfect condition. Everything was exactly what I wanted and very high quality. My only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was the shipping time. I am in the US though, and didn't realize i placed my order on the 2nd day of China's National Day holiday, so my order wasn't processed until the following week. Having said that though we will absolutely be using Geotobox again for next year!
