Fast, easy and reliable! They make the best boxes we’ve been using them forever. Thank you Jack for always making it such a simple experience especially when these items are shipping from overseas.

I honestly didn't expect the incredible box we received yesterday. Luxe look and feel at a VERY reasonable price per box. To be honest, I bought the boxes to test whether they were as good as promised. To that end, I bought only 25 and paid more for shipping than for the boxes, but I wanted to see whether what was marketed and promised was what I received. I figured if the boxes didn't meet our expectations, we weren't out much. WOW! I was completely blown away yesterday when UPS delivered our boxes. The debossing was spot on fantastic. The look and feel of the box was high-end/luxury, which our brand demands. Given that, we will be ordering several hundred boxes, and I think we will do so in various sizes. Not only were the boxes luxe/premium, but the delivery was also crazy fast, and our sales lead was professional, very hands-on, and attentive. As I said, we will be ordering A LOT more of these boxes.

I ordered these boxes for my hand-painted Christmas ornaments and am very pleased with the quality. The paper covering the boxes has a smooth, pleasant matte finish, and the overall construction is very well done. The ribbon slots are neat and clean, which was one of my concerns before ordering. Of all the boxes I’ve opened so far, not a single one has had a crack or any other defect. The boxes arrived carefully packed, each in its own protective bag, and everything was in perfect condition. Amy was wonderful to work with. She answered all my questions thoroughly and kept me updated throughout the order and shipping process. Overall, I’m very satisfied with both the product and the service. Definitely five stars, and I will be happy to order from this shop again when I need more boxes.
