The customer service reps were very…
The customer service reps were very courteous reassuring me that my request would be taken care of in a timely manner. I am still waiting for a refund to be credited to my card. I was unable to navigate, not very "user friendly", on you website page resulting in creating two orders because I couldn't identify a way to edit the 1st order I had placed. Please view "Order # 1138888" generated by your system. I placed the order November 12, 2018. Although I have received an email notification from Chamonix alerting me that I have been reimbursed, I am still waiting for my card to be credited. Even though my mistake generated these issues, this mistake created an opportunity to help identify possible corrections and/or upgrades, that could be used to have a better experience if I place another order using your website. If the product works for me, as I hope it will, the anxiety and frustration that I've experienced would, most definitely, be worth it. I Thank you
