I very much look forward to trying your product; my friend has been sooo thrilled with your products and their affects on her face and neck that she is always singing your praises to someone!! I just wanted to share with you about my experience on your website, so that you could address the issues and hopefully have many more happy, satisfied customers!! Your company is now offering the 3 different package deals, which is excellent, but trying to find additional products that y’all have to offer is down right impossible to find!! At checkout, you offer additional products to add to the packages, but you lack a place to view your additional products! In checkout, I also notice that there is a “edit your order” tab, but I could have clicked it until the cows came home, it wasn’t changing!! I am very excited to use your product and share my results with you!

I haven't received the products yet, so I cannot attest to their effectiveness. It would be nice to have the option of purchasing Genucel products without signing up for automatic monthly shipments.

Was disappointed that you could not…
Was disappointed that you could not purchase the products individually and that it is one of those subscription-based order company only. I hate those. I NEVER use the product in the amount of time they say to use it and I never run out of each product at the same time. So, unless I absolutely love the product, I will probably cancel after receipt. I wonder how to get the money back guarantee with a group of products sent. Do you have to return all of them?

Order process was direct & intuitive. Prices of course were high even with the sale? LOL We will have to see if the product works as advertised. If it does not they offer a guarantee.
