Give ME the option for automatic delivery or one-time purchase
Ordering was easy, for the most part, however, I deeply RESENT having to check a box that forces me to give permission to allow automatic purchases for the future. What if I don’t like this product?!? I might want to add an automatic delivery in the future, but, this is my first purchase and I would like to have the initial purchase leave it up to me as to whether I may or may NOT want future purchases to be automatically delivered.

The Amelia Bedelia of Skin Care
My husband ordered this for me for Christmas (I asked for it). It arrived promptly. I was so excited. I tried it (although the directions on one jar of cream directly opposed directions given on a paper insert). I waited. And nothing happened. Well ... nothing unless you count sprouting NEW puffy places underneath my slightly puffy undereye area (the puffiness really wasn't all that noticeable to begin with, except to me and I am hypercritical of my own appearance), and applying an eyelid treatment cream that MADE my eyelids sag whereas before using Genucel, I did not have that problem. Seriously, if the product did anything at all, it caused the very condition it was supposed to remedy. Like Amelia Bedelia the maid, who, when told to dust the living room, sprinkled dust all over it, and when told to dress the chicken, put a dress on it. Anyway for my own peace of mind I had to stop putting this stuff on my face, which now looks great since I quit subjecting it to Genucel. I called and got a return code authorization and am sending everything back for a full refund. Customer service seemed okay (a bit shifty) but the product itself is a scam. Don't buy it.
