The website was very easy to navigate which I appreciated. I was not on very long. I don't like the automatic enrolling in a program to send me stuff every 2 months. I hate having to go back and cancel that because either I don't like the product or I am not out and don't need more product that fast. If your product is good you shouldn't need to force people into an automatic program.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! The products themselves are decent and they make a marginal difference to your appearance. However, be aware. Once you place your first order you are now 'stuck' in an automatic re-order situation. There is a disclaimer in teeny tiny print at the bottom of the page before you place your order stating that by placing an order, you agree to the re-order. I was not paying attention. The problem I have with this entire situation is that under this disclaimer it says 'no obligation you can cancel at anytime'. This is not quite correct. I had to fight to cancel the charge on my credit card for the re-order. They were initially unwilling to cancel. It felt very much like a scam to me. I will never deal with this company again. There are really good facial products out there that are much easier to purchase than these. Stay away!!

Easy and quick.

Customer service sucks!!!! You can not get a person to answer the phone because you are going to continue to receive the same order over and over again. The "terms and conditions", that no one reads, state that you agree that you will continue to receive automatic purchases of the same product as you first bought. They will continue to charge your credit card until you notify them. Of course, there is not a place to notify them. I'm just going to cancel my credit card and get a new one. UPDATE!! i have spoken with a customer rep from Chamonix. She was very helpful in getting my issue resolved. She cancelled my future auto-shipments, and she is shipping the missing item from my order. She is also sending a free gift for my trouble. Full disclosure? I really don't know if the only reason i got this done is because i put a bad review online, or if she was just following up on the myriad phone calls my wife made with no answer. I am going to recommend that you read the "terms and conditions" closely. She told me there is a box at the bottom of the order to stop the auto-renew aspect of the site. If the product works, i will re-order, but i will be very careful to make sure i have the option of NOT getting auto-renewal. I hope this information is helpful.
