DO NOT BUY. Their clothes are cheap, ships from china, and return policy is horrible. Their advertising is hassle free returns but they don’t tell you up front that you pay for 50$ of return shipping regardless if they ship the wrong product. They argue it’s your responsibility then offer a measly 30% refund to “save you the hassle of shipping”

If I could leave a zero I would. I can’t believe that this business has been operating for over 10 years. I placed an order, not knowing that it would take a couple weeks at least to get the items since they were coming from their warehouse in China. Their straight forward way of giving a refund was offering you to send back the item which would be an exorbitant cost. Not only did the items not fit, but they were made very poorly out of synthetic material. Probably a markup of over 10 times. Their options for a return or refund were terrible. I ended up losing at least $70 on the deal. Never again. Stay away from this company.!

I had a very disappointing experience with Gentleman's Prime Boston. The customer service was extremely poor from start to finish. After placing my order, shipping took much longer than advertised, and I received very little communication regarding the delay. When the product finally arrived, the quality was far below my expectations. The materials and craftsmanship did not justify the price, and the fit was completely off compared to the sizing information provided on the website. What I received looked and felt nothing like what was marketed. The most frustrating part was trying to resolve the issue. Customer service was largely unresponsive to emails and inquiries, making it nearly impossible to get assistance. When I finally reviewed the return options, I found the return policy to be restrictive and unfriendly to customers. Overall, between the poor quality, inaccurate fit, slow shipping, lack of customer support, and disappointing return policy, this was a frustrating shopping experience that I would not recommend.

This was probably one of my worst purchases online for clothing EVER! I ordered the Tommy jacket in XXL, it is being generous calling it a Small. The material is junk, super cheap material, a piece of garbage. I hardly ever write reviews but I want to so nobody else has a bad experience with their expectations, which wasn't aking much.

I ordered Boss shorts and mandarin collard shirts. I received garments at Walmart wouldn’t even carry.. nothing wrong with Walmart by the way. Cheap unlabeled and sent from China.. there were current policy as they’ll give me 30% and I can keep the items and that’s worth worthless. The other option is it says they were sent from Florida. But their address is in Atlantic City some different state and they want me to send them to Wong Don China. And that cost me four dollars more than what I paid for the merchandise. They are a complete scam. Dropship do not exist deep and Better Business Bureau has a lot of reports on them a long trust pilot. I guess I’m not doing too bad. This is the first time I’ve been scammed. Anyway, I turned it into my credit card company and explain to them how their return policy works, and by the way, their phone number is disconnected.

Items look nothing like the website photos. Undersized. Garbage quality. Cost to return is on buyer and excessive.
