Extremely poor quality- I should have known it would come from China due to the difference in price of the pictured product from other retail sites that were verifiable in the US. The main purchase was a "suede sport suit" which you wouldn't get caught dead wearing in public. I didn't even bother opening the shirt package. Trying to return it now. The first response was "Well you'll have to pay for shipping, and shipping to China is expensive or we'll give you 10% refund". I rejected the offer and said I wanted to ship it back. Now the offer is 20% or 100% credit to replace with some other (junk) product from their store. A TOTAL SCAM FROM CHINA!

This weeb site is big scam with the name, gentlemen prime Boston very impressive name with very shit quality and expensive garbage from China, I didn’t realize. It’s completely a scam. I want to return my stuff because nothing fit me right plus the material doesn’t look doesn’t feel real clothing feel like plastic . I lost 85 dollars for two linen shirt, but I learned the lesson don’t be foolish to buy anything from this side

Gentleman's Prime Boston is terrible!! Do NOT buy from this scam company! I ordered 4 "linen" blazers and what I got from China was nothing close to a blazer and definitely NOT linen. This company is a NOT a US company, but rather an online Chinese knockoff menswear retailer. When I tried to return the items, the first email back was to let me know how expensive it would be to send it back, but they would refund 10% to keep it. Second offer was for 20%, after they talked to their "management team". What a joke...the shipping costs would still be less than the 20% refund.

Inferior product and sized too small considering I double checked measurements prior to order. Items arrived weeks later from China. 2 shirts are too small and unable to reach customer service either via email or phone number. Phone number is discontinued and no response from email. Will check credit card statement for possible fraud Very suspect

Placed and paid for order on June 6th. It's now June 24th...still haven't received my order. Reached out to the "customer service" contact on their website on June 12th. Still waiting for a response. Tried to call the phone number on their website. Was told number not in service.

I ordered a mens linens jacket and what I received was a poly blended jacket that looks like a Halloween costume. Looks nothing like what I ordered. The company will not reply to my emails. This place is a scam and needs to be shut down.

Gentleman's Prime Boston is not prime and it's not in Boston. In fact, it's not anywhere. This isn't an American company with inventory. Everything ships from China and takes weeks to arrive. I ordered their Quentin | Men's Vintage Multi-Pocket Field Jacket and received a corduroy shirt. After many emails I was able to get them to agree to sending me the correct item. Several weeks later I received another corduroy shirt. They will not send me the correct item unless I pay to return the incorrect item. Buyer beware.

We ordered a men’s shirt and received an item that looked nothing like the advertised item. They refused to refund our money or send the authentic shirt instead. Definitely recommend that you do NOT do business with this company
