I placed an order with Gentleman's Prime and after learning it is a dropshipper, i sent a cancellation email after 20 mins of placing the order. Their support tried telling me they will not cancel because i need to cancel within 60 mins of placing the order. After proving i sent the emailed to cancel the order within 20 mins, the customer support stopped responding. This site is highly unreliable. Do not waste your time or money here. This company is just a drop shipper from China.

This company has an online presence for menswear. I ordered 3 long sleeve shirts in size 2X. I received my package yesterday. I tried a shirt on, barely. I could not even get close to buttoning. The shirt was marked as 2XL, it was maybe a Medium. I tried their Customer Service number, the number was not in service. I responded via email explaining that I wanted a full refund since the product did not meet what I purchased per their published refund policies. I receive a response back today via email offering me to pay an additional $20 to have the correct size sent to me and keep the other shirts. They already sent me the correct size by the label so sending me three more shirts the same size is crazy. The shirt I tried was very cheap in addition to the size issue.

These guys are a scam. The shirt I ordered and paid for shipped directly from China, suggesting the Boston label is smoke and mirrors. The cotton shirt I ordered was 100% polyester and of poorest quality. I would give it zero stars. Be aware!

I placed an order on 4/24. On 5/6, the tracker showed my order had been placed but indicated no other progress. I emailed on 5/6 to ask when I could expect my order since it is a birthday gift for 5/12. As of 5/8, I still have not gotten a response (24 hours turn around for emails if fairly standard) and the order has not progressed. I called. The number cannot take calls at this time. I actually googled to see if the company was out of business and I got scammed but they apparently are in business. At this rate, it will not be for long.

A Scam. Same problem as multiple others. After many weeks I get the wrong size and wrong color item. When i ask for a return address they spend days trying to get me to pay them more to keep it and get a replacement (why would i trust that and why would i pay again) or they quote return shipping costs that exceed the value of the item. This is just fraud. They drop ship anything, send anything, and spend more time trying to get more money from me than honoring their “guarantee”. They should be prosecuted.

This place is a scam and likely the positive experiences on trustpilot were recorded by them. Two of the one star reports had the exact experience as I did. I bought some pants along with others in a wedding party and we were all sent the same crap pants that were not as described. I emailed them and got a response that shipping will cost me 20-50 dollars to ship them back and they will refund me 10%. This is their business model. Charge 60 dollars plus shipping for 2 dollar pants and offer 6 dollars for giving the wrong item. Do not buy here and do not trust the positive reviews.

Got the wrong shirt of which even if I got the correct shirt i would have returned it. The quality is horrible and clearly Chinese workshop. The shirt didn’t even have a company logo which is very telling. This is a drop ship company not a clothing company. Customer service told me it would be 20-50 dollars to return to warehouse which is insane then offered me 10 percent money return and keep the shirt which was the wrong shirt. They not only don’t care about correct orders but also don’t care at all about the quality which is why there is no company logo on the clothing. I’m 55 dollars out on a shirt that has the quality of a 3 dollar shirt and the company could care less to fix their mistakes. DO NOT ORDER WITH THEM. Just stick to Amazon unfortunately, you atleast know you’ll get your money back when things are bad.

Order date: April 6. I purchased shoes from GentlemanPrime based on the product photos and description on their website. The shoes I received are materially different (and very poor quality) from what was advertised (I’m trying to upload the advertised image and photos of what arrived). When I contacted the seller, they offered either: a 30% discount if I keep the item, or a return where I pay return shipping, plus additional unspecified/vaguely described fees. I did not accept those terms. Also, the website indicated their warehouse is in the Netherlands, but my package shipped from China (per the shipment origin/tracking/label). That discrepancy was a significant concern for me. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card issuer. Posting this to document my experience for other buyers.
