GenoPlate is a great tool to understand how your genes affect your nutritional needs. I ordered my report based off of my AncestryDNA raw data for $39. It took 3 days to get my report. I’ve learned that I’m likely lactose intolerant, need a high fiber diet, and keto diets won’t work for me as I require a low fat diet. I’m not sure why all the negative reviews as this report was insightful. Try not to just skip to the food recommendations as you’ll miss the meat of the insight that this report provides. The recommendations are ok, but based on what you learn you can formulate what a healthy meal looks like for you quite easily.
