Not sure what their value proposition is..
I was seeking parental genetic testing for myself. I had different expectations for what Genome Medical would and would not handle as a telehealth provider. From my perspective, I should only have to deal with Genome Medical to handle intake, billing, etc. However all they do is write the prescription after a discovery call with one of their "genetic counselors", then completely outsource to Natera. I now have to work through Natera separately for billing for the testing itself. I thought Genome Medical would provide additional value and service outside of going to my doctor, but they do not.
