Kevin at Genix provided a quote on the flooring I needed during my initial phone call. Within a couple hours I called Kevin with the order and payment method. While we discussed delivery of the tile, I requested that he use a trucking company that could put the tile in the garage for us. In my experience that is not always possible. I was very happy that the delivery driver did have a lift gate and pallet jack. Delivery was within the time we were told to expect it, and the price per sq ft was $1.50 less than the price from our local chain store. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend Keven for his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure our tile was moved into our garage by the transport company.

I was nervous about ordering from Genix in Dec 2025 because their prices were so low, thinking maybe they’re second rate quality tile or even a scam. I had never heard of them before and found them on a google search for the tile I wanted. I checked BBB and read lots of reviews and talked to 2 different sales people, they convinced me they were legit, they are able to offer such low prices because they don’t have huge beautiful showrooms and sales associates to pay, they do everything over the internet and by phone. I decided to go for it and am glad I did. To save on S&H they offered to ship to a local warehouse for me to pickup. The order arrived early and in great condition. The tile was first rate. I’m very happy with the experience and the quality of the products so I won’t hesitate to use Genix again in the future.
