I had to repair some tile that had been installed 20+ years ago in my home. I searched for the same tile and found it at Genix Flooring. Kevin found it in Florida, but unfortunately, it had to be back-ordered. Kevin was diligent about making sure my order was placed, and kept in contact with me during the process. Kevin at Genix provided a quote on the flooring I needed during my initial phone call. Within a couple hours I called Kevin with the order and payment method. While we discussed delivery of the tile, I requested that he use a trucking company that could put the tile in the garage for us. In my experience that is not always possible. I was very happy that the delivery driver did have a lift gate and pallet jack. Delivery was within the time we were told to expect it, and the price per sq ft was $1.50 less than the price from our local chain store. Everything went very smoothly. I would recommend Keven for his willingness to go the extra mile to make sure our tile was moved into our garage by the transport company.
