We were in a predicament at work and…
We were in a predicament at work and use 22mm 1” drive impact bits and our normal vendors we’re all out and it was going to be weeks to get more in. A quick search and we were able to find what we needed with Genius!

I mistakenly ordered the wrong size…
I mistakenly ordered the wrong size parts and contacted customer service the same day. Did not speak with anyone but emailed and left message. After multiple calls and emails, about 2 weeks later I got an email requesting to know what I would like to exchange for. The information was given and another 2 weeks have gone by with no response.

Works as designed, support not so good
Used the new airfile a couple of times and it works as designed. It came in without a second allen screw to hold the bit and Ive emailed the company twice now but have had no response after almost 2 weeks so I'm not feeling confident that there will be any support if the tool has problems. Therefore, I give it 3 stars.

Absoutely no response to custmer…
Absoutely no response to custmer inquiry, and phone system has no connection to a customer support. 2 rachet handles I bought has so skinny handle and uncomfortable to hold, and they will hurt my hand when I exert force to tighten fasteners. Website is antiquated, and quote system doesn't work. p.s. Adding this after reading the response from the company. The phone number given for additional comment is the same number I called for customer support. It doesn't go anywhere. Please try yourself. I responded to my order confirmation email and used contact system in the website twice but didn't get any response other than emails stating inquiries were received. Whole experience was so frustrating and not acceptable. I thought this company is operating in different decades based on experience with many companies with online business.
