You should have received a message from our team about a week ago informing you that we are shipping a replacement order. Contacted immediately about low stock…
Contacted immediately about low stock on one item and was given opportunity to adjust order in a timely manner. Ended up receiving a refund for the out of stock item while the rest shipped quickly. Would order more tools in the future.

just what I needed to fix my hotends on…
just what I needed to fix my hotends on my 3d printers. NO one else had anything that was even close to what I needed. The cheap stamped one use wrench they give you with the replacement ends are junk, this socket fits and works like a champ at a great price...

We’re sorry for the frustration. For clarity: your order was placed on January 14, but the shipping address entered at checkout had an error and the carrier returned the package. We went ahead and processed a replacement on January 29, and it was delivered on February 2. Once you gave us the correct address, shipping moved smoothly within our usual delivery timeframes.
