I placed order 74531G3 through the company nine days ago, as I have done several times before, only this time, I was immediately charged for the product and it never shipped. I called their customer service number and it was no longer working. I sent emails to customer service with no response, and called the warehouse number listed on their website, only to get a voicemail. I have not been contacted by anyone from the company. I have read other similar complaints with responses from the company noting their two day shipping and a delayed shipping due to new product being received by mid February, but we are in March and they are still having the same issue.

I wouldn’t recommend this brand for wholesale. While they respond quickly to inquiries, their MAP policy is poor, they frequently add new sellers, and their stock levels are often higher than the monthly sales. If you choose to work with them, be prepared for your inventory to take up to a year to sell.

UPDATE: I received products that I did not order from November on 3-28-25. I have called and left a message twice and have called without leaving a message four times to return the product that I didn't order. But of course I'm not getting a call back or instructions how to send this junk back to him . I ordered this product on November the 8th of 2024. The very next morning I canceled the order as my doctor did not want me using supplements for protein. I called and canceled the order. I was told that I would immediately receive a refund a few weeks later. I still had not received the refund and I called back in and was told that sometimes it takes 30 to 45 days. We are now over 90 days and I still do not have a refund and now every time I call it goes to voicemail.

I love this protein. They have had shipping issues lately as you can see by all the comments and I am not happy with customer service not responding or the company not being transparent about what is going on. Customer service got back to me after weeks and said they were having supply chain issues, but from the company responses on here, it seems they changed the product? Either way, more communication would be great. I will still support this company if they really do start shipping again in Feb because this is seriously the best protein out there and I am missing it bad! Please show them some grace and keep this company in business.

They do not ship orders, there is no way to cancel a subscription, credit card continues to get charged . Will have to do another charge back.

If I could rate a zero, I would. I placed an order with GenePro (and I've been a customer off and on for years) on November 23. It's December 25 and the order still has not shipped. I have contacted customer service (by phone and email) over a dozen times and NO ONE EVER CALLS ME OR EMAILS ME BACK ABOUT MY ORDER. NOR HAVE I RECEIVED A REFUND.

For the past two months, I have been charged for Genepro Protein orders that I have yet to receive. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue—sending multiple emails and leaving two voicemails—I have received absolutely no response from the company. I am extremely frustrated and now simply want my money refunded. It’s unacceptable for a company to take my money without delivering the product or even acknowledging my inquiries. This level of disregard for customers is shocking and unprofessional. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend doing business with Genepro.

Update: This company clearly does not take customer feedback seriously. First of all, they fail to respond to customer emails regarding shipped orders. Despite providing USPS tracking numbers, USPS shows no record of ever receiving the item for shipment. Secondly, the item is still listed on Amazon, but now they've raised the price from $80 to $144. Instead of apologizing for their mistakes, they make up excuses and attempt to shift blame onto their customers. It's disappointing and unprofessional. Very unfortunate experience. I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. I’ve sent multiple emails regarding order cancellations and inquiries, but they’ve never replied. To make matters worse, my recent order was a no-show, and despite having a tracking number, it was never shipped. I also discovered that the same product is 40% cheaper on Amazon, whether you choose a subscription or not. Buying directly from their website feels like a complete rip-off. It almost seems like they have separate ownership or management, which might explain the poor service and huge price discrepancies. Definitely won't be ordering from them again.
