Fast service and good support from digital team! Thank You

I recently had the pleasure of working with Ashish at Gemone Diamonds, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From start to finish, he was incredibly responsive and never made me feel rushed or pressured. His patience in answering all of my questions, no matter how many I had, made the entire experience feel stress-free. What really set Ashish apart was his depth of knowledge. He clearly knows diamonds inside and out, and he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. It's rare to find someone who combines that level of expertise with such genuine care for the customer. If you're considering Gemone Diamonds, ask for Ashish. You won't be disappointed!

Awful customer service. Awful communication. Awful timing. I ordered a pair of “Diamond” earrings two weeks before Mother’s Day. Two weeks after Mother’s Day, I put in a complaint with my credit card and withdrew my payment, because I had no response to two emails to customer service nor to a FB message. About 35 days later I was receiving a package that needed signature. The earrings were shipped non-descript, no authentication and still $700 for them. So I’m verifying tomorrow with local jeweler if they are actually diamond. Gemone is not from US like their website showed. And so far I have no communication from them.

As always, Beautiful Black Diamonds. Thank you, Denise Jewelers Palette LLC

I’m very pleased with my pendent, and how fast it took for delivery.
