GemIQ - HeadquartersReviews of gemiq.com

Have bought all the products from Picup Media as and when launched and no doubt it is one of the most user-friendly jewellery photography boxes I have used so far. Very pleased with the purchases and customer service. All jewellery photos look extremely professional. Looking forward to all new releases from Picup Media to enhance my company jewellery photo library

I am very pleased with our GemLightbox. The quality of images and videos of our beautiful jewelry is unparalleled. In the past, we would use vendor-supplied photos of our pieces, and when that wasn't an option, we would hire a photographer to capture the brilliance in each item. Now, I take all photos for our website and advertising, as well as appraisals and inventory shots. It's easy to use and has a small footprint on my desk. I just can't say enough great things about this product!

Love the design and thought gone into this product. I have been messing around with cameras and different light boxes for years. Picup Media has simplyfied the process. This one I can use the app on my phone to make adjustments to the photos. I don't need to send them off. People love the videos! What is not to like about this product. It has made my life earier! Oh yes, Even better is the support staff. Help is not far away if you need it. They are fast and efficient. Wish all support was like Picup Media!

If you have an issue connecting to your turntable read the troubleshooting instructions carefully! It does work. The support team reached out to me on many occasions to help and I even got a phone call from Australia. My customers love seeing our "after videos". The GemLightbox has truly helped capture our jewelry beautifully!

The app works great on my phone & has come out with some great updates in the short time I've been using it. Highly recommend the box & all attachments. they work amazingly. Our photo quality has skyrocketed and it's so intuitive to use & edit.

They are very good at what they do. If you want to bring your picture quality to the next level they can help you do so

This company have been awesome with their service, communication and follow up. I am extremely happy with the way in which I have been treated by them.
