Professional and trustworthy. I like that they explain authentication, payment protection, and insured delivery. The only issue is that the buying process feels a bit complicated. It would be better if each product page explained the steps more clearly. Overall, the website gives a good impression

I bought in Germany So called gold Pandora Bracelet with heart looks very cheap and it has nothing common what I’ve seen on picture on their web site , it does not have any stamp! also too shot looks like a toy! It like sold from Temu.com. Also, too long sending time and 6 euro for sending. So, there is no any instruction for returning the item.I require return from their customer service! Not recommend to buy any gold item!

Hi Annamary, We were a bit confused to see your review, as it seems to have been posted in the wrong place — this is not our product at all, and we do not sell gold items like this at GEMGEM. It sounds like you had a very frustrating experience on another platform, and we’re truly sorry that happened to you. GEMGEM is a C2C marketplace dedicated exclusively to natural diamonds and natural diamond jewelry, with a wide selection and great prices. We provide a reliable shopping environment to help customers avoid unpleasant buying experiences like this. If you’re interested in natural diamond jewelry, we’d love to welcome you to shop with us at GEMGEM (gemgem.com). Best regards, GEMGEM

This was my first attempt selling jewelry online. I listed a bracelet and found the steps to be pretty straightforward. The team guided me through shipping once a buyer was ready. I appreciated the regular updates and felt everything was handled professionally.

Listed a ring for the first time and was a bit unsure how everything would work. The support team answered my questions and helped me prepare the item for shipment. The transaction was finalized without issues, and the buyer gave a positive response once they received it. Glad I gave this a try.

I recently listed a pair of earrings, and the process was really easy to follow. I appreciated how clearly everything was explained, from uploading the product to setting the price. Once a buyer showed interest, the GEMGEM team helped facilitate the rest. Payment came in not long after shipping, and the overall process felt very secure.

Gemgem is a wonderful and trustworthy company. They're very knowledgeable and care about their clients. If they say they are going to do something, they do it.

I won their Labubu giveaway and they shipped it really fast! I was surprise that they gave me the entire box set with 6 blindboxes inside. I scanned the authenticity QR code and it is legit. I highly recommend this business as they honor what they say and shipped me my giveaway prize. I thought it was only going to be one single box but they gave me the entire set with 6 blindboxes and I am honestly grateful that they did that for me! 10/10 stars from me! Happy that I won this giveaway! Please support this business! 😊⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I won a gorgeous 3.6 Carat Blue Topaz Ring in 18 KT White Gold setting from this company's Facebook page. I sent the company a private message on Feb. 12. They replied back 7 hours later. I just received the ring on Feb. 26 via Fed Ex. I can't believe how fast I received it. The ring came in a beautiful pink lighted ring box. It contained all the important information regarding the ring. The ring is absolutely gorgeous and beyond my expectations! This is going to be my engagement ring. I definitely recommend this company to people looking to buy or sell quality fine jewelry.
