Horrible!!! Returned 3 bottles sent in error paid $221.00 states 100 % money back guarantee want to give me 80% due to 20% restocking fee though it clearly states 100% money back. Returned product almost 1 month ago, still do not have my refund. I purchased six bottles already used two, see no results. Do not waste your time and money. This is a real scam all around. Save yourself the aggravation.

This stuff didn’t do anything!! When I went to get my 60 day money back guarantee they gave me 2 options either I pay for international shipping for unopened bottles only. Than they take 20% out of my refund! Or I could keep them and they would refund me 15% back and send me a bottle of something else! So much for 100% money back guarantee. I spent 300.00 on this product!! What a rip off!! Do not bother to purchase! Not only does it not work you don’t get your money back!

I saw the video from Dr Oz, with the very strong testimony from Kelly Clarkson, as well as Oprah, of who both were very persuasive and had strong words used to say GELATIDE WORKS . I watched 2xs, to be sure I wanted to try this weight loss product; as it was costly regardless of the mentioned best buy from the quickly running out of stock product. I felt I better get this. I was ordering the 3 bottle special, when a pop informed me the 6 bottle offer is better , up grade now! * Watch that and your bank statement, I was charged for both 3 bottles , and 6 bottles, then offered the age package which I jumped at , another big cost. In all $524.00. Was it worth it Yes!at 1st I never lost weight but inches were disappearing, 2" here and there, I kept a log for weekly measurements, but never any weight loss. Then the inches stopped reducing each week, I started to get concerned and looked at all my invoices . It wasn't until then THAT I DISCOVERED HOW I WAS CHARGED FOR THE 3 bottles AND the UPGRADE 6 BOTTLES. SO WITH AGE PKG AND UPGRADE I WOUND UP w/11 BOTTLES OF GELATIDE and no weight loss it's been since end of March, and I have not lost 1 pound I did lose 2" on my hips but not worth +$500.00 worth. *In fairness I did contact the customer service site provided, and only after posting on face book did I get a response. I asked for a refund of my initial order of 3 bottles and only pay for the upgrade. It took several days of back and forth before I was given a compromise offer of 15% off of all I purchased, which came to with in $25.00 of the price of the 3 bottles , I did not need to send them back so I left it alone. Can't say for sure but how many products can 1 person take and give it all credit to all of 3 advertised products in separate ads?! For differently named items I've found in looking up the fine print and in my receipts that these products are all from same pharma lab. Do do not fall for it. Use the ingredients and make it work for you

Didn’t work. Didn’t back money back guarantee by constant back and forth via email from January 27 to June 22. I kept asking for return process, they kept repeating questions and asking for receipts and things I sent multiple times. In the end, they said it wasn’t in the 60 day period. DO NOT BUY. TOTAL SCAM!!

I ordered Geletide Jan 24th 2026 and didn’t help at all . Got my consultation call and told them it doesn’t work . They do not return my many calls or answer phones . Big scam and a waste of $400 . The promised guarantee but nothing ….

I had purchased this back in Jan, I had made several requests for money back guarantee. These people do not do money back guarantee. There product doesn’t work as stated in their website. I would stay away from these sites that say they work on weight reduction. If you want something you need to see a doctor not these types of products. I just got an email telling me they are denied my request due to outside their dates. I have made several requests but no one returned any response until past their date of return.
