Wow! I was pleasantly surprised!! The rings I ordered were beautiful and I received them promptly. I needed to return one b/c I bought the same ring in 2 different sizes. Kevin in the return dept. was most responsive and efficient and went above the call of duty to give me great service. Get yourself some of the beautiful rings from the website! Trust me, you will be glad you did!!

The ring is prettier than we expected. If you are looking for high-fashion boutique grade jewelry then this is the place. My niece loves her ring which was the graduation gift she selected. The free necklace was the best part of the gift but sadly arrived broken. The company was willing to send me another necklace with our next order. Ordering again soon. You won’t be disappointed.

Response from Geiana JewelryAug 21, 2020
Hi Kira. Thanks for your info. We are glad to hear that you like the ring we shipped to you. The ring is made of good quality silver and will not turn your hand colors. Meanwhile, we all need to take care of our jewelry and better take it off when doing things with water. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.

I got my ring a week after I placed my order. Although it wasn't exactly what I was looking for (the rock is too big on my little finger), Kevin is so nice and willing to offer me an exchange. Due to the high cost of sending it back via courier, they are letting me to keep the ring and I only have to pay a little extra cost for getting another one. The experience is awesome! I can't wait to receive the new ring!

Hi Antonette. Thanks for contacting us. Sorry for the inconvenience that has been made. I have checked your order on our system, it took time for us to finish your order then sent out on 7-20th. You chose free standard shipping, which takes 2-3 weeks for delivery after shipment. I just tracked your package, it is in transit and will be delivered to you by 8-7th. And I will send you tracking info in 24-48 hours. Thanks for your understanding. Have a great day.
