The interaction with your sales and service people has been outstanding. They were creative in helping me upgrade my GEGO GPSs to GeGO PROs. The PROs maintain their battery SOC very significantly longer than the GPSs, essential on long multi-stop trips. The addition of these to my account was as near effortless as possible!

Hi Stuart, Thank you for your review! We're thrilled our team made your upgrade to GEGO PRO effortless, and it’s great to hear that the extended battery life is already powering your multi-stop trips. Safe travels, and thank you for being a loyal part of the GEGO family!

I love the product
I love the product. I have used two versions of this tracker. The latest Pro series is even better. No tracker is perfect. I have tried a few others that seem to only track when close by. I can pull up the app and see right where my bag is with GPS, not just Bluetooth. Again, no tracking product that I have found is perfect, but this is by far the best I have used. Don't care for the pricey membership fee, but if it helps me track better, I will pay the fee.

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for being a loyal user and upgrading to the Pro series! We’re thrilled that our global GPS tracking gives you the reliability that standard Bluetooth tags simply can't match. We completely hear you on the subscription cost. Because GEGO runs on its own independent cellular networks to track your bags anywhere in the world without needing a phone nearby, that fee directly covers those global data costs. Thank you for choosing us as your go-to tracker!

I used this to track my car I was selling. Worked great and battery lasts a lot longer than they said it would. I'm definitely putting this in my new car.

The product over all is good…not yet…
The product over all is good…not yet sure of its ability to work, will be using for first time this week. What I’m not happy with is the cost to actual operate the tracker. It’s way over priced. I also do not like that each tracker has to have an account. Not Family Friendly!!!
Response from LUGLOC INCMay 20, 2026
Thank you so much for your feedback! We’re really glad to hear you’re happy with the product overall, and we’d love for you to give it a try this week 😊 We also wanted to clarify that you can have all 3 devices under a single account, so there’s no need to create separate accounts for each tracker. We do offer special discounts for customers with multiple devices, and our support team would be happy to help you review the best option available for your setup. Please feel free to contact our support team ([email protected]) we usually respond in less than 5 minutes and will gladly assist you with everything!

Great customer service!
Our devices were confiscated @ ICN security for some weird reason and GEGO took care of us and has provided 2 brand new devices and transferred our membership. That's what I call great customer service!
Response from LUGLOC INCMay 13, 2026
Thank you so much for the 5-star review! We were sorry to hear about the trouble at ICN, but we are thrilled that our team could get you back up and running with two new devices and a seamless membership transfer. At GEGO, we believe great technology is nothing without great support. Safe travels and thank you for being part of the GEGO community!

A great luggage tracker, worthwhile investment.
Love my tracker and use it whenever i travel by air. I once had a situation where an airline couldn't find my suitcase, and I was able to tell them exactly where to look... A worthwhile investment. I recently had a problem with the USB-C connector (for charging) and they resolved it quickly with a half priced upgrade to a newer more advanced model. The newer version promises to have better location accuracy and battery life.

Thanks for the 5 stars! We’re so glad GEGO PRO helped you find your bag! It was a pleasure helping you upgrade to our latest tech for better accuracy and battery life. Safe travels on your next adventure! 🌍✈️
