TOTAL SCAM. I tried them because you only have to put down a 30% deposit. I requested 5 pages, five sources in APA and got back 800 words (less than 3 full pages) with the citations ALL WRONG. On top of that, they didn't even use academic sources or primary sources, they clearly just used Wikipedia and copied one section almost word for word. I am doing a chargeback with my bank this weekend because this is absurd and I have to write it myself now. If I turned it in I would fail and if I try to fix it it will just take more time.

Horrible service the paper was not written correctly, they didn't even use the topic given or answer the question that was supposed to be answered! Do not waste your money.

Horrible. Plagiarism. I assigned work to a Geek. The assignment was simple, read the reading and make PowerPoint slides summarizing the reading. The Geek that was supposedly an expert in the subject, literally copied and pasted sentences from the reading WORD FOR WORD and put them on the slides. 100% of what he did was plagiarized. copied/pasted. I tell the support this and they tried to play it off as if the geek did nothing wrong and they denied any refunds.

Got an F on my analysis paper geek didn't follow directions had grammar errors and horrible punctuation they only want to give me 25%back out of the 165.79 I spent this is not happening I will call the Better business Bureau and report this company as a fraudulent company if I do not get 100%of my money back

Received a F for my midterm. I followed up with them and they only would refund 25$ out of the 139$ that I paid. The geek didn't read the instructions and skipped a lot of steps.

This was the absolute worst thing ever. I had two assignments done (way over priced to begin with) one assignment was returned to me not following the directions given at all. I paid for roughly 5 hours of work.. with what they gave back to me it could not have taken more then twenty minutes and was done at about a 2nd grade level. The other paper was done well. I'd give 5 stars for her work. However, on top of already being over priced, I was charged twice. When I tried to bring this to the attention of the "customer support team" they were blatant a holes. I wish I was exaggerating.. so RUDE!!! Hope for a refund on the first assignment and the double payment fixed but not going to hold my breath on that.

The deadline for my assignment was not met, despite extending it two times as per the account manager requests. I'm reaching out to them to get a refund of the deposit paid. Request #LX20210303-1143

Terrible service!!! Save yourself time and money and don’t interact with them. They charged me twice. When they send me the paper it was incomplete, full of grammar errors, plagiarism, missing content ... just horrible. I contact them and there was no help. Horrible service. Never again.
