#LX20210802-453 Sadly I can not give 0 stars on an experience, but here is my experience with GeeklyHub: I have placed several orders with them in the past and this one was nothing new. I ordered with a top preferred geek a 2-3 page paper in APA style format. I provided a template, a writing prompt, and event a textbook chapter, and the citation for the textbook chapter. What I find as my essay was returned a week later was that they did not assign my task to that geek or any top geek and instead assigned it to someone who looked up the writing prompt on papersmarketplace.com and purchased that paper. The paper sent to me cited this exact paper and provided me with the same paper but with very minor edits (WHO CITES A STOLEN PAPER?!) When I discovered this I contacted them furiously as I had a deadline on this assignment, and was told that I had to make a revision request. 3 revision requests later and I ended up with the same paper that makes no sense and is plagiarized. I demanded a refund and they originally agreed and then refused stating that they will not give me one since they had given me a refund on assignments before. Their reasoning is they wanted a plagiarism report, but I gave them the paper that was stolen (THIS SHOULD BE ENOUGH FOR A PLAGIARISM REPORT) and gave them the link to where they can purchase the paper. I contacted my bank and am getting a full refund.

Absolutely horrible. I provided a template, detailed instructions, and even provided the needed references for my assignment and it was done incorrectly. When I got the work back I immediately requested a revision and was returned the same assignment. I then requested another revision and again got the same assignment. Clearly this company doesn't check who they hire or look at what's sent to the customer because they would be able to see that the work done incorrectly. #LX20210718-455

Extremely poor, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. If there was less than one star,I would have chosen that. I clearly wrote down the instructions, and none of them were followed. I had to pay $170 for a poor and useless presentation, which was completely off topic. When I reached out to their QA team, they were unhelpful, unfair and biased. They did not want to refund any amount, and did not even want admit their mistake. They just kept escalating my complain, from one person to another, and just kept rejecting my claim. Extremely poor (not just the quality of work but the customer service as well) would not at all recommend it.I would suggest rather doing it in your own, or hiring a 5th grader to do it for you. I had to pay $170, for something I could even use, I had to do the assignment on my own. Here is the order number -#LX20210701-830. Your team has solved the issue by refunding $109 to my geekly account,and not by refunding the entire amount to my original mode of payment. I don't know what I will do with refund in the geekly account,since that can only be used for a future assignment. And this was after asking again and again to refund it to my original mode of payment!!!!!

I've heard good things about GeeklyHub and how great it is, until I experienced it for myself, and see how bad it actually was. I had two tasks done with it, both needed a revision because they failed to meet the requirement I set out. This made me felt uncomfortable already. Then when I receive the result, one of the task, only managed to get one question out of 5 answered correctly, while all of the others are largely inaccurate. Plus, they always have the task done at the very last minute, even though I set the deadline very far from the actual start date. This left little time for revision in case something wrong happened, which this time did, even with revision. Overall, never again with GeeklyHub for me. Edit: Since they asked for my request number, I might as well explain their ridiculous refund policy. The result I got from one of their paper was horrendous. My professor reviewed it and saying only one of the answers were correct. that's one, out of six. that's less than 25% of the whole paper. the professor was understanding and gave me 72% for the paper, which was borderline failing. Yet, they considered it to be an "average score" which is a C, and gave me 25% refund. Now, how ridiculous does it sound, giving 25% back, for the work they did that got less than 25%. That's ~16.67%, to be precise. Here's the request number for Geekly, LX20210506-1525. True story peeps. Don't do Geekly. Use something else. Anything else. just not them.

Basically they can not guarantee you a passing grade. They do guarantee doing half your homework. Their “geeks” are not well prepared for advanced classes. Their support system is also terrible. They won’t work with you to find a Better solution instead shift the blame on you then saying their geek was not prepared for a course like that. They also paid me to leave a good review my first time. Which now I regret.

They plagiarize my entire project and when I asked for my money back they are having me go through a really long process of showing them the report and will not give me my money back. THIS IS A SCAM

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. I had to completely re-do the assignment I submitted to be looked over because the Geek used completely wrong data and formulas. The English of the Geek was also unintelligible and the entire Quality Assurance Investigation process is an absolute joke. They refused to refund me for anything because I got a passing grade- which I only got because I ditched everything the Geek submitted and did it 100% by myself all over again.

My assignment was incomplete which resulted in a very low grade. That hurt my overall grade.
